Unprofessional.. Changed the reports with another patient. After telling them same evening, Mr. Gyan who was handling this, he didn't called back, no further concern & apology from hospital over that they stopped answering calls. We went to another hospital for 2nd opinion & reports were useless coz they changed it with some other patient. Truly unprofessional staff.

Very good hospital with very good track record. Dr Kusum is very kind and polite and experienced. Nurses are also very helpful. Only thing stopping it from being best hospital out there is 1.) Dr Vinita's not so cheerful nature. And her not responding well to patients genuine questions. 2.) Reception staff needs to be more polite and welcoming. Still, all that matters is healthcare and they are very good at it. Recommended.
