I have been doing yoga regularly for past 12 years but the experience with practicing Yoga with Neha Ji is unmatchable. She not only teaches us physical aspect but also helps in our mental well being . She is extremely passionate and patient with all the participants and answers every ones queries in most simple way for everyone to understand clearly . All participants are highly charged and many of us attend regularly and doing yoga practice with her has become part of our life. I am Grateful for her time e she devotes in making sure that all of us remain for both Physically and Mentally.

Truly amazing yoga sessions. I have personally benefited a lot from these yoga sessions. Due to time difference, I am not able to join the live session, Neha kindly shared the recording of the session then I am able to watch n do the yoga at time suitable to me.
