Overall it's a good hotel from stay, room and cleanliness point of view. - Room are clean. - staffs are well behaved - the hotel restaurant was under renovation. - it's near ild bus stand the only problem is that there is no good beach near to the hotel, good beaches are ~5KM away. And no sea view from the rooms.
Excellent service by the staff. They took care of all our travel and food needs based on the availability. The suite room was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Restaurant was not functional at the hotel, but they arranged breakfast for us early morning while we did online delivery for lunch and dinner. Overall.. great for the value!

Worst lodging facility I've ever stayed. Being a small town, they are charging 2000 per night and what you get - cockroaches in the toilet and even under the electric kettle and dust bin in the room. Room is infested with mosquitoes to the point that you can't sleep without putting fan at top speed, toilet is very shabby, no hot water, untidy wardrobe, torn towels and bedsheets. Now I feel like I should have taken photos to prove all this. Absolute waste of money
It s located n heart of Thalassery... Lot of parking facilities are available...one of the famous Heritage site Thalassery fort s only 200 walkable distance from here... Govt hospital (50 metre), all types of facilities are available n walkable distance like lots of famous restaurants, ladies & gents beauty parlour, Court, cool bars,Akshaya centre, readymade dress shops, medical shops etc... Nice experience for me... 100% recommended one
Stayed at Parco for 1 day. It was a great experience. The staff is excellent especially Mr. Vineesh who went out of his way to help me. He is a MINE of useful information regarding Thalasherry. I shall definitely return to this hotel.
Room is good but cleanliness of the restrooms are not up to the mark. Water heaters are not working at some time especially in early morning. No restaurant facility was available in the hotel during my stays So that I should opt for outside hotels. But still it is an affordable stay.
Visited here for my friend's engagement. Its a decent hall for small functions. Restaurant area was also neat. Did not visit the rooms. Eating area, wash and the AC hall is all neat and well maintained.
