Parampara Restuarant - Family restaurant in Alibag - Raigad, India

* Highly disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. * Being in Alibaug one can expect some authentic taste of coastal food, but here it's definitely not the case as the food doesn't taste good. * Most of the things we'd ordered were undercooked like bhakri, chicken, mutton, rice. * Bowls kept in the thali are not even filled properly they will serve you the bare minimum & pointed out that to the waiter. * They don't even have the courtesy to bring glass & serve water. After asking they got us a packaged drinking water (that's another strategy for charing for water) * No A/c cooling at all for ground floor, there wasn't even a ceiling fan & with no proper ventilation making one feel hot & stuffed. * No proper service, they also take a lot of time to serve you & when pointed it out with them the staff was also quite rude in answering us, I felt. * Prices they are charging don't match at all to the quality & quantity of food they are serving. * The only thing I went here was, it was close to the beach, but don't fall to this trap as it's an absolute waste of money, time & effort.

We visited this place with a lot of hopes of getting authentic maharashtrian food, which then crashed to the core because of average food and not so good service. We had to even call out for them for basic things like WATER! They probably have 2 seating areas out of which we sat in the gr. floor one as people with me would not have been able to climb up to the AC section. There was no correct ventilation. We ordered multiple thalis, out of which mutton and chicken was undercooked, the quantity of solkadhi too was just half the bowl. Not a good experience at all!

Awesome Ambience, good atmosphere, we ordered mutton thali for 300rs veg thali for 180rs and Surmai thali for 350rs. Taste very good, location is just 5 mins walking distance from Alibag Main beach. It is a limited thali no refill. We also ordered sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream. Also bhakari was not available so we had to compromise with tandoori roti.

We did a bike ride from mumbai to alibaug beach for having best seafood . Found this restaurant on the google map which is just 5 min away from alibaug beach. We ordered Surmai Thali costed us 350Rs which is a good price. Food was delicious.. i just felt fried fish was little dry in texture. Fish curry quantity was very less we had to order extra curry which costed extra 30Rs each. 5 stars for service and ambience. Overall good experience

The food is tasty. Service is fast and good. Atmosphere is good, too. Overall a pleasant experience.

Most hopeless, pathetic and over-hyped restaurant in Alibaug. No parking place. Service is very very very very slow. Even order like Dal Khichadi took 1 hour to serve. Staff is non supportive. They don't even serve you. They will keep the plate in front of you and do not even give plates for 10 15 mins to eat. I will never ever suggest anyone to go to this restaurant. Very bad experience.

The service was very very slow...the food was good but the service was not at all good...it almost took 1 hr for our order which was 2 fish thali and one veg thali...staff should be improved ..also we order some extra rotis which was not served for us ....the atmosphere was ok ok ...the drinks were not available need to improve many things!!

I visited this hotel very bad and poor service....I and friend so angry feeling Manager tell please improve in service and thali Product. Only not focus to the decoration we are the matain the quality of our products ? We are manager and team visited pune city hotel and improve our services.
