Worst experience with paradise travels. They took huge amount of money & didn't deliver the appropriate service. The hotels are booked very far from Mall road & they will tell you that, it will be near by mall road. The drivers they sent, behaved in very rude manner. Please do not go with paradise travels or you will end up ruining your trip.
Worst experience ever. These guys gave us hotel accommodation saying wifi availability and when we reached wifi is not available in the room. Charged us 1500rs for that petty room. They were not ready for refunding the money when we asked for early checkout. These guys are no. 1 fraud
This travel agency is the biggest scam in Shimla. The guy will overpromise at first and later on he will not only fail to deliver them but you'll end up with a huge loss of money. He didn't send the promised car. He literally changed our 3-star hotel to an extremely shady hotel. He said that the hotel is next to mall road but was more than 5kms away from the mall road. He made us pay extra for asking for the car that he himself promised in the first place. And when it was time for us to pay the final installment, he told a much larger amount to the driver and told him if he failed to get it from us he'll deduct the amount from his salary. We called him more than a million times, the driver kept calling him, but he refused to pickup, leaving us no choice but to pay extra. If I could rate this agency in negative I'd rate it minus infinity. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, IT'S AN UTTER WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP.
MY experience with paradise travels was POOR. Until you confirm your trip they followup is excellent and once you confirm and make payment they do not bother to respond. They had provided very poor rooms and the driver of the car was caught by police twice for not following the rules. when you call them they are very arrogant in replying, especially the lady who was co coordinating with me was least bothered to ans anything. The only thing out of all this which i can say good is the hotel shambahala in manali. The people there were good and polite.
I have booked the travel and hotel package with this operator, they charged a lot of money compare to other operators, later on I found many other operators who were taking less money for the same package. I asked for a refund, but they refused and misbehaved. I would not suggest anyone to book the travel services from them. Worst experience I had with Paradise travels.
The Driver came way the airport well before the scheduled flight time, Package rates are quite genuine,logistic support by the staff on mobile particularly Aswathi and Dipti are par excellent.Next time again I will prefer Paradise than other service providers T C Batra Patiala
