Paprakocha Dam - Featured Reviews (306)
The scenery here is very beautiful, lake, hills, forest can be seen in one place. The environment here is a very quiet side village and innocent people.
First of all, its not a dam. This place is a reservoir/lake and not a dam. This place is only good for picnic with family and not a place to go on a bike ride. At 10.30 am the heat became unbearable and we literally had to leave the place as nothing was there to do. It's approx 80km from Jamshedpur and maybe good for bike ride but I won't recommend this place.
I have a suggestions for my viewers and all the tourist , please keep clean the place and don't disturb the nature. this is my humble request to all of you.
Just feel the natures beauty. Thank you.
While not as popular as other reservoirs, its intense waterfall is bound to catch your eye. Other tourist destinations will not be bad if they spend less time in a public-friendly, peaceful environment, if they are less than demanded. Its beauty is very much hidden from the collar of people. The alignment of the golden paddy fields along the hillside, and the rural environment of the golden Bengal along the Matho Al route welcome you.
A very very nice place for a picnic, so much of green, quiet and calm place away from the city life. Nice to spend weekends.
This is good place for picnic and all, here you can enjoy your vacation trip you can swim, boating and the lake and go to jungle safari but notice one thing if you go to jungle safari the are no guide and you can climb the mountain range and all
One of the best location in Ayodhya hills.
Very beautiful lake in midst of hills of Ayodhya, Purulia. It's like Switzerland. I am not exaggerating this .it's very very wonderful place man.
