Pankaj Mall - Grocery store in Haldwani - Nainital, India

I am really annoyed with the staff (except Guard uncle) over there.. mainly the Girl at the left counter from entrance is ill mannered and totally unprofessional. Today I was clicking pictures of the store for Google reviews .. she came up and started telling me not to click photos.. I told her sincerely that it is for maps review but she did not listen and kept arguing so I left the venue for good. Guard uncle is good , he does his job properly but other staff members are ill equipped with the knowledge of products, discounts etc , still manageable though. Some Products over have decent discounts.. it's fine but we have many options around the corner like smart point, buy chance and other groceries to get great products at good price. I am still uploading those photos as part of the reviewing process with genuine feedback.

Pankaj mall is like a regular grocery store. It has safal frozen peas and corn. You can also find kwality walls ice cream. There are some regular grocery items available but not a lot of option. You will find Amul Gold milk and not Taaza. They home deliver and minimum order for home delivery is Rs.1,000. The staff is also very unfriendly and not so helpful.

Grocery and daily need are available in store. Milk , curd , ice cream , cold drinks , packege water bottle , snacks etc are available. Staff is not so helpful. My experience of shopping is average .

The place is full of daily need products, chocolates, candies and some other snacks. Although there isn't much variety compared to other malls but it is considerably good because it has everything you would need from any departmental store, however, you might not get some specific products.

Good place to have monthly household stuff offline because it's one of the earliest supermarket in haldwani but never rely upon their online services If you order by seeing the price on their app then you can get scammed because everytime the Bill would be different (greater) then what from the bill in the app. And if you question them they didn't provide any satisfactory answer and ask to return the order back. The staff is also very unprofessional and untrained.

Don't expect much varieties from this store rest all the required daily need items will be available here at the reasonable rates. Don't forget to check the expiry date for the perishable items. Parking is available

Please train your staff if you want to survive and grow. The lady who is mostly at the billing counter is rude and doesn't reply when asked about something related to a product.

Staff is very ill mannered , behaviour of staff is very bad Today I bought monthly rashion for my house and also bought a frooti small packet . As my billing was on and that frooti was listed on the bill I took the frooti and start drinking it . And after it finished I just asked where is the dustbin to throw it's wrapper and they were like through it outside we don't have dustbin . Shamee Such a big mall and can't afford to keep dustbin and staff is advising to just throw the wrapper outside ... Firstly people behave like this and when they move outside such people only says " har jgah gandgi " . And I request the management of Pankaj mall plz put atleast one dustbin at your campus , otherwise if it would not be there in my next visit I will gift Pankaj mall a dustbin on my behalf . I am Pankaj mall's customer from last 6 years even then the staff was such rude to me when I asked for dustbin ... Hoping for improvement !!
