I went back to this evening for dinner after being there yesterday: great food, great service and very friendly owner. The prices are fair, the restaurant clean and well maintained and I recommend it to all travelers who should be in Khajuraho.

10/10 experience for me. This restaurant is just 200m from the main temples. Being a pure veg restaurant i ordered the Panditji Special Thali. I was served the thali in less than 10min. Roti, 2 type of gravy, pulao, dal, salad, raita, papad and gulab jamun. Amazing taste and you can really feel the homely taste. Staff is also very efficient and soft spoken. Definitely worth the visit when you are in Khajuraho.
