On 5th May, 2023 I visited this Pandavkholi Temple for the first time. Where you cover a tracking for about 2 hours to reach this temple. No rush, no full of public. Atmosphere is amazing where you see 360deg view of all the mountains from the top. Neat and clean please with nature. I would like to request please don't put trash if outsider people visiting this temple.

Quite a good place. The view after climbing at least 2 to 2.5 km from the road gives peace of mind. Above the cloud , the mountains covered with snow, the cold winds, the temple, everything is perfect. Enjoy the photos and plane a trip with your family frnd etc Thanku

Pandav Kholi is temple cum meditation centre located on the top of hill. It is revered by the people whole over India as we met pilgrims from West Bengal. You can reach there on vehicle till the starting point of trek (there's a small shop which offers chips chai maggi etc no other facilities is available), after that it is an arduous trek of 1.5 hrs meandering valleys. Once you reach the top you're rewarded with astonishing view of green meadow and the deep valleys. It is a sight to behold and remember. The temple was mostly locked when we visited. We visited there in March and the intensity of sun was high so wearing sunscreen or full body clothes is advisable. Also, take food provisions and ample water with you in summers. Vehicles can be parked at Dunagiri temple which is 5 km before the trekking point or it can be parked at the starting of trekking point but there's no proper parking provisions.

This very Religious Place linked to Mahabharat Time . For visiting here there is a trek of 3.5 km. Firstly you had to visit Donagiri temple (Dwarahat) then move forward to pandavkholi 5km ahead.

Pandukholi (Pandav Kholi) is named after the Pandava brothers of Mahabharata. The caves of Pandukholi are situated at a distance of 27 km from Dwarahat. Padukholi is a scenic place located in the lofty hills of Doonagiri in Almora District. From Ranikhet's it's around 54 kms. It's along the way of Doona Giri Temple . From Doona Giri Temple it's 7kms Road are in good condition It is said that Pandavas resided in this place during first year of their exile. This trek is 3Kms with steep climb... No shops at the top available. Kindly take water & food along with the trek. Herbal Tea is served for free by the take care & the tea was very tasty & provided instant energy. If you start early morning than you can enjoy the aura & serenity of the place.. Good for meditation & yoga.. Best time to visit this place - Forever... You can visit on any of the months...

Beautiful track of 3.5 km.. location is perfect and forest in journey is amazing... If you are going to Doonagiri temple you must visit here... In winter time there are maximum chances to see Snow.. Temple itself is clean and green... You should carry water with you..

It's a moderate to hard hike for novice hikers. The route is around 4 km from kukuchinna You will gain 600m in height from the start point. I did this hike with my parents who have never done hiking before in their life. Going up took us around 3 hours with multiple rest points. Coming down took around 2 hours without any rest point. The last part requires some motivation and support from fellow hikers. The ashram itself is very peaceful and serene. Can take some rest there and play with the dog, talk with people staying there about different stuff. The route is loaded with different trees like Buransh flower, cinnamon tree etc. Definitely worth a visit.
