Worst experience..Hotel stuffs are very rude and passing negative comments on girls.. A Younger stuff is very rude all the time and not helpfull... taking extra charge for one extra pillow only. Rooms are not well maintained.. will never come ...
Hardly 100m from the main bus stand or taxi stand of Kalimpong. Rooms were neat and bathrooms were clean. Room service could have been better. Overall pretty good experience.
We have booked this lodge through Make my trip. Lodge is good as per rent, but we were not satisfied as our room was too small. There was no geyser but hot water provided by common geyser in morning only. There is no view as it is located in the centre of the town very near to the bus station. No food is available there. An old lady maintain the hotel and her behavior was very gentle. But one thing is the hotel is neat and clean. We stayed late in the season, and booked the cheapest room, but as there was only a small bed, no western shower or hot water, we decided to upgrade room for an extra 200 rupees. The beds, wifi, location and staff were good; they made sure you got what you wanted. Vibhuti the host was especially helpful with taxis, sites and dinner recommendations. Hot water can sometimes run out, so make sure you have the wall switch on and wait as necessary. Make sure you get up early for a clearer sky. The Hong Kong restaurant opposite the hotel was a favourite (chicken drumstix)
The place is located in the middle of the main town. Basic facilities like, hot water and free wifi are available. The rooms are clean, however room service is not available (but you can drop in to the nearby restaurant which is just outside the hotel). If you want to stay in town and are looking for an affordable stay where your basic amenities are met then this is your place.
A very good place of accommodation, very neat and clean at reasonable price. It is on the Bus stand. No fooding is there but they will guide for getting that. Cordial behavior.
