Luxurious Mid segment/ Size Apartments. They offer 1 and 2BHK flats at a very affordable rates in this location. Good for investment as property here fetch good rental. Sizes for 1bhk are small but considering the amenities and overall all things of project it is worth the property.
As a flat owner from Panama Park, I can confirm that all the negative reviews, along with some positive ones, are entirely accurate. The only positive aspect of the building is its legality and prime location. However, all other aspects are negative, as evident in other reviews. If you possess the patience to endure challenges, then only you can buy the flat and stay in panama just like Otherwise, you will likely regret your investment for a lifetime. Additionally, there seem to be no viable solutions for the issues people face in Panama. Instead of buying a flat there, a better alternative would be to rent a place in a well-maintained society with essential amenities such as clean drinking water and functional sewage treatment systems.
My suggestion after stay at Panama park, linside 1. Flat size is very small 2. Flush water is dangerous to health as it is recycled/processed 3. Children park is conjecture 4. Drinking water RO systems is just ok. 5. Many people sell flats for the above reasons... Think twice before buying, for rental purposes it is very good, location wise and other amenities are good...

Where to start? So the so called agent named "Sagar More" from "VS Properties" who is supposed to be a care taker of the whole society and he said and I quote "the land owner is his friend and he controls the whole building". He on my face refused to show me any other apartment other than Muslim landlords' because others don't allow Muslims to stay in the premises. What kind of low life backward society are we still living in? Alright given all that, I was like I'm Muslim even though I don't follow my religion, don't care about the cast of the landlord and because he showed me the apartment owned by a Muslim, I ended up liking the apartment (not because of the Muslim landlord) so I gave this guy a call later in the night to confirm a few things beforehand and asked him to proceed with the finalization. He asked me to pay token to him, to which I refused, rightly so, because all the placed that I've lived so far in my life, I have never paid the token to the agent. I did pay the brokerage most of the time but never a token to confirm my intent. Token always ended up being in landlord's account. After all, how should one trust the broker? I don't wanna stereotype them but you what I mean. He started pushing and pressuring me the moment he opened the main door as if that apartment had 8 billion people lined up to rent right at that moment. He said, and I quote "this will be gone by 6 pm"; to which I said to myself, "the hell it will". I'm just sad with the kind of treatment I received, hence I'm taking a legal approach because what he said about my religion is not acceptable! I would like to point out, again, that I don't follow my religion, I don't believe in God, but oh my! If there is one; God help these people! :( Thanks for reading, felt like I wrote an article here. Very bad experience not recommend to any one. Just wasting of money and time. Delay in possession. Employees behavior really bad after paying mony they treat us like begger. It's like fraud. I'm very frustrated and hopeless now. 1 star is also not deserving for such fraud people

Nice place for ur home . Their amenities are awesome, you just visit once this place and you will be definitely fall in love with this place. because their home package for 1bhk and 2 bhk are well and good. But they give you position in April 2019.
