I was on a workation to Chennai for two weeks and I had to maintain my gains. Palestro Gym was near my residence and I was allowed to use the Gym for two weeks NO MEMBERSHIP and Monthly fee. Was asked to pay 600 INR and the gym was well maintained and equipped with air conditioning.
Not much equipment there.. But as People inflow is a bit less. So can we can gym peacefully..
Great work out place to start your day.. Knowledgeable trainer and Master Babu always delivered his best to the clients..Good part is he treats every single person equally and make them feel like a celebrity.. Sufficient equipment for day to day work outs. Babu anna (Gym master ) is the heart and soul of the Gym. The Gym has both manual as well as hydraulic equipment and a5 treadmills. Its really tough to see anyone waiting behind for an equipment in the early morning. 7-8:30AM and evening 5:30-7PM looks like a peak hour.
Very neat and extremely good masyer teaches well for reasonable rates
