We took a non-veg meal, it was a great test but it's very late service... We waited 45 min to get the food. The location is good, the ambience is good. The price is also cool, 3k for two people.

Don't prefer Pal heights mantra for marriage, they will give a lot of false commitment..
They charge for food per plate and when everyone was busy in the wedding their own staff used to steal away the plates and got caught red handed.. It seems that the manager was also involved in this.
They charged 1lakh for decorations but it was not even worth 50% of the price we paid..
They won't serve starters and we have to call them 100 times..This is planned.
And in the take away boxes after the event 90% were veg items..

We have had experience with Jaydev vihar Pal heights but this one is a quiet get away from city's hustle bustle. We really loved the experience on a rainy day by the pool, the service the food the ambience exceeded by expectations. I hope it's not coz we were the only guest by the pool side on a week day, hoping to get the same service on a crowded weekend too. I loved having tea by the pool I shall definitely make it my regular.
I would give much credit to CHANDU who attended us, humoured us sincerely. Lovely boy. Keep up the good work.
Place not maintained. The table was dusty, utensils were not clean, and AC was leaking. The food was tasty except for the kulchas, which were undercooked.
Nice experience with the food and ambience. Service can be way better. A bit slow to our liking but the taste of the food compensated for the delayed service. One more feedback to the management, keep the washroom tidy. Not acceptable with the way things were.

We asked for cold drinks to three,four managers. Not a single person gave attention, we just walked out... I don't recommend anyone to arrange their precious events in this hotel.
