I met Dr ketan Pai for kidney stone issue. I had an exceptional experience with the doctor. He dedicated ample time to listen to my exact problem, which made me feel heard and cared for. The treatment he provided was spot on, addressing my issue effectively. Thanks to his expertise and care, I am now feeling completely fit. This doctor's commitment to their patients is truly commendable. I highly recommend him for his excellent medical care. After reading all the reviews i want to say that Dr Ketan Pai is not a Money Minded doctor. He Care's for his patients health. If you're meeting him for your treatment then be assured that you're in safe hands. Thank you doctor!

One of the most rude doctor ever seen. He just play with the mind of the patients and without fixing what the problem is he just tell that do that test and he didn't saw the test report and directly gave the medicines. If he was knowing the medicines why he took the test. Just don't go to him and waste your money and life. The doctor is very bad and don't have any manners how to speak with his own patients. Even the receptionist was also very rude. Please don't go to this doctor!!!!!

My brother went to see Dr. Pai at Ruby Hall for some GIT issues. The whole time he kept actually shouting at us and completely ignored the symptoms my brother was reporting. We are ourselves a family of doctors and this is hands down one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a doctor. Without even listening to us, he asked us to get a test done that is 6000 rupees and is apparently done only at his private clinic and not at Ruby Hall, I mean if that's not shady, I don't know what is. To prescribe an out of the world test to someone who comes with pain abdomen and fever with history of loose motions?! Pathetic.

Reached the clinic by 10.50am he asked no question said straight need to do colonoscopy and in literally 5-7 mins I paid him 13500/- 11 am he was out of his clinic. Don't go to him to waste your money... your life is precious but for him your just a BAKRA.

I Read all the Reviews written . Many of you people.are unsatisfied for some or the other reason . Let me share my experience . Dr Nitin Pai was recommended by one of my Family doctor , I live in spain my medical treatment is all free of cost . But I had to rush India my home town for treatment . My health was worsen without knowing what's going on , 7 months suffering in spain trying to find out what's happening . Met Dr Nitin pai for consultation. Suggested the test .found out what exactly was the Issue . His words and treatment was so powerful . Yes I too repeated the test several time to find out the stages I was in . From stage 4 I was completely cured. It's all once experience we go through. But give them a chance and have patience to understand these Good Doctors . Sometimes they may be loud or frustrated it's all because of their secluded and busy life .

I totally agree with the reviews of all the people given here about the ill treatment of the doctor. He goes on recommending highly priced tests without taking into consideration of what the patient is going through . Doesn't spare even a minute to go through the test reports and continues to give the same prescription over and over again. He just has no time for his patients. He can't even find out the exact problem of the patient even after multiple tests.Avoid visiting this doctor if you don't want to waste your precious time and money.
