Worst hotel. Not clean. Promised extra bed for my 12 yr old son, not given. No services. Even not given soap, drinking water. Wash basin water not coming & pipe broken. Not a good hotel at all
Rooms are worst, no door lock for washrooms, bedsheets are bad, no blankets, manager is rude, overall a very pathetic service, not even worth for rs.500 per night. ***Caution: online images are way different than actual.

issues - 1. the host in the PM S guest house was ordering me to check-out by 11 am morning,I have the stay timing of 24hrs and at booking time that clearly shows 12 pm to 12 pm but why this host is too rude to me.2. I haven't received the TV channels to watch.3. there is no ventilation for airflow.4. no geyser inside the room as promised common geyser outside the room.5. mosquito was the main issue for nonsleep night, there was no mosquito net provided.my likes1. the room and bathroom were neat and clean.2. there was a excellent signal strength for WiFi.3. I haven't felt any disturbance from neighbouring rooms.4. availability of drinking water was also good.
Good location. Polite staffs. Room service was good. Spacious rooms. Near by shops and beach is in walkable distance. Free wifi with good speed. Complimentary sample soap given. TV was there but limited channels and also frequent signal disconnections. Old style door, lock and key provided that looked a bit unsafe. Visible stains in bed cover. No shower and no hot water. Lot of mosquitos came through bathroom vent in the night. The price is nominal and so these could be adjustable.

Only one thing I have to appreciate is the room service by the boy was superb but the rooms they just converted the third class lodge into a guest house by fitting a/c to the room the linens and towels were not cleaned the wall paints were gone the bed and Coat was pathetic. The bathroom were ok no hot water no shower the European toilet you have to struggle to sit the wall is too near to that. didn't got the kit which was mentioned they cheated me I arrange my own .The blanket was so thin which you get in night ac buses.worst experience faced.
It was an average hotel, not good not bad, stayed just for 1 night, stains were there in the bedsheets and pilo cover was not washed as there were hairs in it. else ok ok, not a luxury stay anyway...
