I was at PGI for my father treat and I must say that our overall experience surpassed all expectations. The Doctors were very professional and the whole process was very smooth at the same time I would like to mention that still required lots of Improvement Especially when it comes to the Emergency Ward and Doctors should start communicating with patients about their diseases. One Would get the best treatment but need to have lots of patience

Corrupt and disgusting. Nurses are rude. Doctors and nurses sleep during their shift. (even in emergency wards) while you are doing their job what they are getting paid for and when you question they are so rude. They would complain about the work load and still be able to sleep while on shift- what a surprise. Nurses have the mentality that everyone except them have no understanding of anything. If you want your loved one to survive, this is not where you need to go or if have made this stupid mistake already then make sure you are with your patient all along as they won't care for them. Missed medication, missed feeds and mistreatment of patients and their relatives are a common occurrence. Doctors are inefficient and don't care to brief you about the procedure and expected outcome. Administration is corrupt. People working in this hospital are like vultures- they know your are vulnerable and would benefit from it like no tomorrow. What a disgrace- you go there expecting care and support but all these apart from a very few so called medical professionals have a zero of these qualities. I can probably write a book and it still won't explain the disgust we have been through at this place and all while paying the top coin for the treatment. Oh god have some mercy!

Worst worst worst hospital ever... The behavior of staff is not good at all. I only know one thing no one visits the hospital because they love to. Patients are already so depressed and the way the staff treats people and patients is soooo not appropriate. The hospital needs to become more positive and the staff needs to change their attitude and behavior. People have been waiting here since early morning and still not getting their turns and the staff is having their lunch for 2 hours. I hate this hospital

I am not happy. No body care in emergency ward. Very bad condition in emergency ward . and very shocking senior doctor not available in emergency ward 24 hours .. Doctors coming only round two time...pecent life not valuable for pgi chandigarh. ..our pecent, our money and resource and practice doing pgi hospital

Worst service special in eye centre staff are not having knowledge how to talk with customer worst service don't go to that place for treatment one of customer get eye operation but doctor na eye aoor karab kar de doctor thori ha uneducated center worst worst worst

Treatment might be good and matchless but patient and attendants suffer wrost. No space for operated patients, management is weak, care after surgery zero and just like other govt hospitals, takes hours and hours , for a single step or thing. We should think thrice before coming here.

Worst experience. My parents went for blood work today, they were at the hospital at 6:30am stood in lines, were moved from room to room and finally when got to give blood sample around 2:00pm were told to get receipt and within few minutes when they went back upstairs to give blood sample, place was closed. How do you tell someone to go pay for test and then shutdown the place without taking the sample. Atleast tell them that you will be closed at certain time. This hospital is a joke, patients are treated badly by nurses and clerks. Atleast treat humans as humans. People who are there at the hospital are already in pain they don't need to be mistreated like this.
