Collection are very good...and also their staff behavior is also very good...n high price to low price collection are also available in this store...n rate of gold is slightly lower than any other brand...

One of the finest gold jewellery store. As we all know it is one of the most renowned jewellery store, not only in kolkata but in outskirts as well. They have some greatest collection but their making charges are quite high compared to others. Must visit if you want to explore unique and exclusive designed jewellery of all categories.

Lack of Business Ethics!! I visited the Howrah Maidan store on 6th August and booked a R.P. necklace along with an extension chain for the same and booked the whole gold for both the items on that day @5110/gm. I paid the total amount for the entire gold via cash on that day. Next day when I went to the store to on 13th August to collect the items, to my surprise they charged me a different gold rate(@5175/gm) for the extension chain which I had ordered on the previous date. When I enquired about due to the difference in gold rate for both the items with the Salesperson, he was unable to provide a proper justification and shed of his responsibility by stating that he is not aware of how this happened and the same has been done by the billing department. Also, other store personnel's present did not take any initiative to check and resolve the same. When I provided the facts from my end by showing the bill from the previous day, they tried their way around the problem by provided excuses (we are giving you discount on making charge) but did not accept the fact that what they were doing is not proper and ethical. This is highly unprofessional, and I am highly disappointed for this behavior from PC Chandra. Due to this mistake of theirs I had to pay a little extra (Rs. 225) for the gold of the extension chain. Though the amount is not substantial but would have made a difference had the other item been of a higher value. Later when approached through a different channel, they identified the mistake they had performed, but did not took any initiative to revert to me for discussion and resolve the same. From a brand like PC Chandra, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer satisfaction and no business ethics followed!

I visited the PC Chandra Howrah showroom yesterday. The sales executive at the earring counter was extremely rude and insolent. Most of the sales executives in this branch are lazy too. They are reluctant to show more than four or five pieces. In such a big showroom they claim to have no stocks! Just sitting idle!

Nice behaviour.. Varieties collections.

Visited two times. Good place. But not good as Rabindra sadan and other showrooms. Staff members are very good. They behaved well polite and gentle. Good to visit the place.
