P c chandra is most renowned jewellery shop, each and every piece of jewellery will make you feel special. But in sales person I am little bit disappointed. I purchased so many high ranges products almost regularly but behavior of sales person C. Dutta is not at all good. Compared to Tania and Mausumi. So guys if you want to check items please ask for these people.

One of the best Jewellery Shop in Chandannagar, huge collections and new designs for men and women ornaments, also have stocks in stones and diamonds.

Worst professional ethics we experienced in a long time! The staff and manager are not at all trained to know the basics of jewellery. They lied and misguided us from the very beginning for a simple necklace cleaning job saying there's no assurance it can be fixed and even if it does, the piece will get damaged. But the same basic job was done in just 5 minutes at their Bowbazar showroom. The manager is totally unfit for his role. Utterly disgusting! Not recommended at all.

If you intend to buy diamond jewellery avoid this showroom and may be brand. Worst workmanship in india in terms of diamond fittings. Same jewellery had to be sent twice for diamond coming out within 2 hours of wearing, twice. None of the established diamond jewellery shops had this issue. Even behaviour and competence was not upto the mark. Have shopped for over 3 lacs here in 2 days for gift purpose and would never ever go backagain even for gold jewellery.

This is one of the most renowned jewellery shops in Chandannagar that seems to provide authentic jewellery. It is clearly visible from the main road. I am not sure what this locality is called but if you are in any corner of the city you can ask for the shop and the e-rickshaw will take you to this point. There are some other famous and popular sweet shops nearby such as Mrityunjoy Sweets and Surjya Kumar Modak.

The behaviour of the representatives were not friendly. Seems like they were not willing to show the designs. Neither they were interactive nor interested. P C Chandra is a big brand name and offers quality products but they should take care of the sales executives.
