The atmosphere is very good , the food quality is good, but there is too much rush on the weekend , night 12 th time

The food was nice, fish nice tender and moist, the veg options were nice as always but the chicken masala was VERY dry. The service absolute fantastic, the female servers were fantastic but the waiters kept roaming off in the distance, in the end we tipped Rs50 to one of the servers. 4/5

There should be an arrangement to call [either calling bell or a lighting system that give an alarm] the Manager to take any orders from the tables. Egg pagoda we ordered was not thoroughly fried. Ambience is good, service is also nice.

Excellent huge restaurant in the city, if you have get together of friends and family ...this is the place, ample space for parking, convenient to commute, very polite staff and good ambience. Its worth your penny.

An awesome Resto-Bar. Everything is truly good, taste, portion and service. The ambience was a bit dim, but considering the aesthetics it was giving, it was indeed a premium feel. The best thing at the end of the food was the bill. It is definitely premium yet affordable. Haven't seen such cheap prices coming with such aesthetics. Mocktails and Cocktails need some improvements. Overall 5 for top notch experience.

1. Worst customer service 2. Hygiene maintenance at its lowest level 3. Ambience was not bad (3*) We have ordered tomato soup, French fries and masala papad. Taste was not at all good and we found a cockroach in Masala papad when informed the same to hotel manager, his response was not good. STRICTLY NOT GOOD FOR THE VISIT. DONT VISIT OZONE.
