Horrible experience, I have planned to stay for a week but checked out in a day. No clean, No TV, No AC, No hot water for bath. Whatever they have promised, they are not providing. Also cockroach are present in the room. Please don't book and go their.
The hotel did not accept the amount listed on the Oyo app instead they charged 2k. The listed price was 1500. They were rude and told straight away contact customer care and they'll rearrange the room if you want. The ac did not work as cool as it should. They don't have packaged drinking water either. Room was good enough bathrooms were near. The interior was okayish. Wouldn't visit again.
Firstly, it's nothing like shown in pictures. The rooms were all smelly. The escort was asking me to adjust with a ro freshner. The A.C was not working, for which the escort said that its not working but will be cool with just fan. The door knob of the washroom was broken and cannot shut ot close if anyone wants to use the washroom. The bedsheet along with the pillow covers were smelly and full of brown stains. The escort asked me to adjust with the pillows he would get from other room. And he said he cannot change them even though they are dirty. On top of that, the receptionist was so rude to his attitude that he was not ready to provide the service.

The staff was very rude at beginning, I had to pay extra 700 to get a room... OYO is being very poor treating customers, I'm not gonna book OYO again in my life, there are more plenty of other platforms to book a room, please go book there... There was no hygiene in my room and bathroom, the AC was not working and the staff bothered less about it. The TV's sound isn't working. All the amenities which are provided in the list are not up to the mark or isn't available. I had to check out 30 minutes late and the reception staff was so rude to me and was threatening me to pay extra amount.... Worst experience in OYO till date!!!!!
Nothing seemed to stand out, the pictures looked good but the room was underwhelming, the place doesn't have a kitchen and we couldn't even get warm water for our baby. The sheets had stains so it was difficult to say if they were washed or not.
Overall the experience was great. Wouldn't mind visiting again.
