Hotel staff, Management, Administration everything is superb. But be cautious they are not anymore in business with OYO or Agoda. So, please please do not book through OYO or Agoda. Go and book on spot. Or, book them by calling. You won't be disappointed. Rooms are quite spacious and well ventilated. Staffs are very friendly. They will clean your room on a daily basis.

nice hotel for stay, near to railway station, staff were good and cooperative, overall very good experience. neat and clean room and washroom.

Receptionist & other hotel staff were helpful. My stay in the hotel was for 11 days. The room service was poor as most of the time we had to ask for the basic amenities which should have been provided by the hotel management by itself, for eg. Towel, toiletries,etc. Later, on raising this issue twice or thrice, they improved. The main issue was the complimentary breakfast served by #Shiva #Sagar. It offered a mini tiffin (cost Rs. 70) which had south indian meal and mini tea/coffee as the only option. The same menu was served everyday. On request, they brought in other options like a plate of poori sabji or two slice of bread butter. But at the same time, would omit the mini tea/coffee for these options. Neither the quantity of other meal options were fulfulling when coMpared to the south indian option. #OYO should increase their service standard as per the prices they charge. There is definitely some room for improvement.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days, there is no restaurant inside their hotel, they send them to other hotels for breakfast in the morning in which limited breakfast is served. There is a lot of smell inside the hotel and there is no hot water in the bathroom and the bathroom is not clean either. Just like this hotel is shown in Internet oyo, the room is not very dirty and the paint is not painted for years, the AC in the room also does not work properly. According to me, if you have no option to book this hotel, then I am regretting having booked this hotel. Feeling louage not a 3 star hotel.

Great looking Hotel with attached Restuarant and other services like parking and laundry. It's located very close to Central Railway Station and Egmore Suburban Station and Egmore Metro Station thus making it easier for anybody looking for a short visit to the city for Business meetings. There is also a small cafe outside the hotel for people looking to have chat, juice and milkshakes. Very good for a quick bite in the evening. The hotel is also listed on major apps like Oyo, Goibibo etc. Do check out the price online before booking.

Overall good and value of money. Good for family. One thing I want specially highlight that there is a animal shelter just backside of hotel and dogs were barking in the night and that was annoying. So my recommendation is that ask for front side room. Room service was good. Restaurant was also good with hygienic foods.They provide car rental service if want to visit nearby place such as Mahabalipuram .

Very nice hotel. Little far and difficult to reach from egmore Station for newcomers. Rooms are maintained in nice manner. only two negative issues 1) for hot water will be brought from outside not directly from bathroom 2) morning time veterinary hospital animals will bark shout. Difficult to tolerate if u stay in daytime. Anyhow fantastic hotel

Being close to the Chennai Egmore Railway station this hotel has good advantage of transportation. But if we talk about the room's cleanliness and room service. You get to have complimentary breakfast and this room also have hot and cold water too.
