After seeing the pics, we booked n confirmed. But once u reach there u ll be shocked. The reception n management guys will say first all room sold out. We can't accomodate u . Though u have confirmed booking. Then they will say u need to pay extra amount and u need to wait 4 hours for all the rooms to be given. Then u ll be shocked to put in room. Where the ac won't work. If it's works water will be leaking n spilling. No tv. No clean bayhrooms. Roaches. Rusterd pipes. Filthy rooms. no hot water . No watter bottle. And if u order anything we just ordered coffee next morning. Which was the worst u ll get. There. Was some wheat flour flooting int it. When u complain anything. There won't be any response. Don't ever book here . I'm humoble opion. I just came out of it. Don't go by the pictures.

It is is worst hotel ever stayed. They will charge you extra when you come to the hotel, they are super rude, rooms are not worth staying ,bed is clumsy, pillows are dirty, need to wait more than one hour to do check in due to issue AC issue . I kindly suggest never book this hotel if you want to stay peacefully. There service is worst I have asked for change in pillow as it so old and got thin. But they don't have any extra pillows I need to sleep like that only . Also they will say out side food is not allowed but there kitchen doesn't have spoons or very limited bowls . There Wi-Fi is very slow and ur mobile data is 10 times better.Also our TV did not worked but fixed it later. All bath towels and bed sheets given or so old that white colour sheets does not look as white and have stains again they don't give different one.

Room was decent. But corridors and room was smelling with cigarette smokes and drinks. Breakfast was good. Heater was not working in my room. Prices are not the ones shown in Oyo, during checkin 1500 was increased, so be aware of it. Location is very good and safe.

Listing out all the issues I faced. 1. Check in time is 12 pm - we didn't get room till 3.30. When asked about the room multiple times the receptionist was very rude and threatened to cancel our booking. Very poor customer service. 2. Our Room was just ok ok. We got room 108, probably other rooms may be good. 3. Heavy sound from AC 4. Faulty TV remote. 5. AC water discharge inside wash basin. A big pipe inserted. 6. Big hole inside the bucket. So water is leaking 7. Big dent in the middle of the spring mattress. Very poor quality. 8. The floor is bad. 9. Poorly maintained wall. 10. Didn't turn on the AC in the dining hall. When asked they said the AC is not working. But it's working

Room was too small and the blanket was full of dirt. I've requested for a blanket change. But the hotel management told that they don't have spare blankets to change. And there is no body wash lotion and Shampoo in the bathroom. No water bottle and room service was worst to the core! The only better thing is the car parking!

The worst ever stay i ever had. These guys denied accepting booking made on makemytrip saying mmt offered a low price. They asked me to pay more and only after i paid them they allowed me to enter a room. I tried contacting mmt and have opened a case on the application. Rooms were dirty and dingy. Bed linen and quilt top were dirty. After a request they changed it. The bathroom sink was leaking. I couldnaEUR(tm)t take bath for two days because shower and tap didnaEUR(tm)t have any water.

the place is so nice for a stay , rooms are very clean and tidy. best stay for couples , family and friends. the food they provide as complimentary is good but only a sufficient quantity. there is no need to go far away for restaurants because they have a restaurant in the hotel itself and they will deliver to your room accordingly.

The air conditioner was not working, so I asked for a change of room. I was told that rooms are not available and I had to wait for 8 hrs for a room change, struggling in the heat. Later I was given the keys of different rooms to check if AC was ok and move into one of them. After checking 2 rooms I moved into the third one, climbing up and down to the reception. Am I supposed to do all of this? Am I not paying for the basic services and air conditioning? I should be given a property air conditioned room in the first place.
