OYO Townhouse 037 Central Station - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Visited chennai for work purposes and stayed there for a day and it was worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life Rooms were stinking and dirty, saw a used condom on the floor, washrooms were dirty, no toiletries were provided, the breakfast was stale, and made me wait 1 hr to give a room and AC was broken and tv had no subscription for any channels, staff are very unprofessional and rude Totally the worst place in chennai

Pros:Located very near to Chennai central and we have lot of transport options to move in and out of city tourist spot locations easily.hotel peoples are friendly, helping and supporting.AC working well. Cons: Complimentary breakfast can be better. Room has tv but not working. Don't expect same condition of room as shown in their ad image.(especially walls) Over all okayish if you go for budget weekday stay with discounts and offers applied.but for weekend stay looks little expensive.

Not worth for the Cost. I was paid 1100 as per Oyo fair and again charged 700 extra for 2 hours early check in. And I just wanted to understand the logic of hot water policy only from 5AM to 10 AM because checkin time is 12 PM and the hot water is provided at 5AM does this mean we need to stay without bath or has to adjust with cold water after paying 1800 for single day.? Staff has to work on communication skills a lot and also has to respond on intercom calls. They will never pic the calls.

Visited the hotel on 13th October 2022. The only plus point of this hotel that it is very close (750 m) to the chennai central railway station. The room is average. Lots of dirty marks on the walls. AC was in working condition. Bathroom was average. But something was fishy about the room allotted to me. When I asked the receptionist as well as the manager to change the room they refused. Everytime I had to wait for long for both checkin and checkout. If your priority is not the railway station then I am not recommending it at all.

The hotel is located near Chennai Central and is easily accessible. Room was big enough. But the bed sheets was not clean. Didn't give an additional bath towel even after asking 2 times. And the fan in the room is better than keeping the AC ON.

wost experience. Firstly didnHuo Zhua like the Receptionist Behaviour. Room was not cleaned, full of dust. In Oyo review & ratings will be good, because the receptionist will get your mobile and he will update the ratings. To be frank not at all recommended for anyone to stay their. Worst hotel ever. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Plz dont book wast of ur money We reached hotel at 9:30pm tonight. They charged extra 300rs. They r not ready to opt for OLA discounts. They ask us to search for new hotel. Since its late night, we are OK to pay extra amount. Room service is not good . light not working. Geyser not working we made multiple complaints to receptionist. No proper response . We checkout on next day morning 6am. No proper response during that time too. We are highly disappointed with this service.

Worst cleanliness worst service, slippery bed due to plastic sheet. 1 towel for 3 people. Drilling sound the whole day from upstairs. Day and night sharp sounds of train whistle from station. DonaEUR(tm)t trust the positive reviews. Waste of money. Staff was fighting with a hotel guest as the guest was complaining of no electricity in his room.
