OYO The Royal Nest - Hotel in Kasauli - Solan, India

Room quality was good but their Rjayi mattress was having sinking smell any very unhygienic. Staff was pathetic and rude and not safe for couples and girls. They are arrogant. Quality was very underrated in all manners. I won't suggest anyone to stay there. Staff don't have any manners. Simply avoid this hotel.

Very poor service, totally unhignic food. Manner less owner and staff. Do not go and stay in any condition. If you will complaint against anything they come together in group and start shouting like a gang. We got hair in food. Owner said this is because don't want to pay that's why we throw our own hair. Staff and owner are pathetic. They didn't think what and how they speaking in front of a women and a child.

Overall good experience increase service timing for late night and early morning. Food was good staff was also good visited last week

Good things to cover 1. Parking space is good. Now cons 1. Bedsheets are not changed and dirty, pillow cover not washed at all. 2. Fan was not working properly, too much noise even in lowest speed. 3. Room is totally dusted, not cleaned. 4. Room is too small 5. Too costly 6. No breakfast included, dinner time is last 8.30pm, ordered dal which is also not good.

Pls don't book by just seeing *** ratings. It not a Hotel, just 6 room run by local , unprofessional,goon ppl.They will threaten you in mid night and stop to enjoying weekend night.Even at the time of check out the they over charged and 6-7 ppl ready to insulting /misbehave infront of family on asking the details about bill. There is nothing Hotel like feel in/out side.Even food is cooked by some untrained person & very limited food option, no non veg.Even don't know to how to cook simple Daal.They just serve two burn paratha with curd in complementary B/F. Pls pls don't stay in this hotel and don't spoil your weekend. #OYO pls remove this hotel / rating from your list with immediate effect.

Never been to such a bad hotel before. The least a hotel can provide is good staff and well behaved staff. But here, staff misbehaved alot. We booked hotel online and denied check-in as they had money related issue with online agent OYO. I would advise to think thrice before checking-in in this hotel. If they have any issues with OYO at least we can expect the staff to be polite and well mannered. Worst hotel ever visited.

Initially booked this hotel via OYO, after seeing the location and photographs. When we reached the hotel, they told that no bookings from OYO are valid across kasauli as hotels association of kasauli have closed the tie up with them due to non payment of dues since last 6 months. After checking out the room we booked it directly, at double the price booked via OYO. There are three rooms categories - normal (no view of valley), Deluxe ( valley view but not very big and hygienic) and finally Super deluxe (valley view is same as deluxe, but whole room is designed with wooden walls and its much bigger than other two) Clean linen. No toileteries provided. Weekend prices are 25% extra even if you book in advance or stay starts from Friday. Fully cooperative staff - Sachin and Arun. Ample parking space for more than 8 vehicles, which is more than enough. Overall its one if the decent places I have stayed in hills.
