This is basically a 3bhk apartment, which is converted into home stay. Entrance is from the back side of the building. Rooms are in good condition. You will always ask for the room which have balcony. Other wise they will give you normal room. The food they offer tastes like home made, but it's very costly. Room service is good but not best. One thing I found is that they hesitate to give the Wi-Fi password. And always ask for the bill after you check out. Overall it's an average hotel.
Lovely place for the price.. the base price at this place is about 1800-2000/day. I had booked via oyo. Hence the prices were higher and two rooms booked separately had different pricing of 2200 and 2400/- per day. But I guess one cannot help but accept whatever price the algorithm of the app offers you. Hence, if you could directly contact this home stay, you might get a cheaper deal. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. All meals will be cooked for you as per request and will be served at the dining hall of this home stay. If you're lucky enough to get the rooms with good balcony, the view is brilliant. The staff here aren't very professional, so don't have very high expectations as in a star hotel, however they are very cordial and helpful. Would recommend this place anyday to any of my friends traveling to Bhubaneswar.
Very nice balcony view that create very romantic feelings, foods are also pure veg and very tasty. Staffs are very supportive. Rooms are very clean with hygienic washroom with well spaces and cleaning. Location are not such good but easily reachable.
Don't go with paid reviews. My experience 1.Nothing short of Hostel with Military rules. 2. They do not comply with online booked rates. Threaten you to pay more or leave. 3.What is cooked for home is offered to aIl Customers. Wouldn't recommend 4. Rented apartments mad to lookas home stay 5.
