OYO The Greenstar Inn - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Room is well decorated, bathroom is old and very small, room is good for Couple not for Family. Too much noise coming from next room. No any aminities provided like Bathing kit, Dental kit, for complimentary water i asked 2time then they provided. Complimentary Breakfast was not provided as they told kitchen is closed due to Deewaali Holiday.

Rooms are too small, there is no window particularly in room number 204. In third floor, corridor openly occupants are smoking which creates unpleasant circumstances to others specially to non smokers and family members. Also lot of noise was from opposite room.

the cost was too high, but I had the flight next day and it is very near to the airport so I booked the room, but for the same price you can get good rooma in the city. I paid 1300 rs. for one night, and 44 rs. for 2 bisleri water bottle (MRP 20rs. each)

The worst hotel to stay in Bhubaneswar. Had a very unpleasant exp while on family tour. Now OYO is doing one business i.e.unmarried couple's one night stay.tgat news u can see everyday in newspaper. I am so annoyed. My advice just don't think about this hotel and stay away from OYO.

Staff behaviour so unprofessional, I sincerely recommend not book this hotel if you want better oyo experience & Receptionist demands the extra amount after reached the hotel (OYO Greenstar Inn).

Don't even think of booking this at all. The rooms are not how they look in photos. You can't judge the smell in the photos. The rooms stink. There is an AC which you can't control because that remote doesn't work. The fan is on full speed but it will not give you any air because its wings are bent. I've made bad mistakes. This one is the worst.

If there was an option I would have rated this hotel 0 stars. The reception girl is rude unprofessional they do not provide anything in room rooms are dirty and so are linen they do not even provide a bottle of water then they have a scam if u book online they won't consider they will ask their own tariff which of course will be higher than the amount on which u booked online. Its better to avoid this hotel.

The rooms in the ground floor are old and having mosquitoes problem. The rooms are of decent size. The first floor rooms are new and better. Regarding the food service, they are very late. I have ordered for a cup of tea at 8 Am and got the tea at 9:30AM. We have tried there lunch also, the food was really good but they will take sure 1hr to send it to your room. So be aware of that fact. The location is good. One can easily come here from the Airport road by a taxi or autorickshaw. If you want piping hot breakfast/evening snacks better you walk 600m and go to New Airport Road. There is an Omfed store also.
