Not safe for family & ladies. We booked 2 family rooms last week for the long weekend in Pondi through OYO. Also, we received confirmation from the hotel staff a day before check-in date. But when we went to check-in, they made us to wait for 15 mins after which they told there has been an over booking issue. But we got to know that they gave the room to some other customer for more money. The hotel guy was very rude and raised his voice when we tried to reason with him. We tried to talk with OYO area manager through customer care but they were simply transferring calls from one department to another. Eventually in one call they cancelled our booking without our consent. This was worst experience with OYO and the hotel. Nobody takes responsibility for the damage done. How to stay in an unknown place with unsafe facilities? Never ever recommending this. Anyone please suggest where to report to stop these type of illegal business where we have room booking details, confirmation call and cancellation details?
THIS HOTEL IS SCAM. Totally unsafe for family and ladies. No option to give zero star so giving 1. Receptionist was indecent and behaved inappropriately. We booked 2 rooms via OYO and paid full amount while booking. We also recieved call from the hotel representative a day prior to check in confirming the availability. But when we arrived the property we were made to wait more than an hour and we were told that there is no rooms available. When we tried to question the receptionist he just denied us telling no rooms available. He behaved absolutely rude and yelled when we tried to reason with him. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
This hotel is located in a well connected area, a little bit of traffic is there, Really great parking space, Clean room's with hot water service throughout the day, doesn't have in house food services but everything is available within 5 mins of walking distance, clean towels are provided daily basis, Trash cans are picked up daily, Water was given in a jug, and refilled wn asked for, Reception is available to attend any queries needed all day, I had a pretty great stay here overall nothing to complain, I don't about the other reviews Especially have to mention this *NO EXTRA OR HIDDEN CHARGES *NO RUDE STAFF *HASSLE FREE CHECK- IN/ OUT
I booked this hotel for our one night stay during our pondi trip. The booking was made from agoda. While i was going through the google review, i found out that many people said that hotel is not good and they charge extra and behave rudely, we were bit worried if that happens with us too but luckily nothing like that happened with us and we had a great experience staying at this property. The staff was helpful with all the things, the hotel and rooms were clean and they provided soap and towel. For drinking water, they provided a water jug and not water bottle and when we asked about botteled water, they said they don't provide that. While check out, we asked them to keep bags with them so that we can explore the place for some more time and for that also they didn't said anything and kept the bags. Overall we had a good experience with this hotel. Thanks oyo team for one more good service.

I am giving 3start only for cleanliness. But the person sitting in reception was mannerless. They charged extra 300/- without receipt so before going have a very Clear conversation. No water bottle provided only a jug of water which was not looking clean. No lunch and dinner restaurant available in walkin distance so u have to go 1/2 km. To have.
