I booked a room at this hotel through Agoda for one day, 21st August. I was charged Rs.884 by them. The manager of this hotel denied the booking and said that I booked at half the price he is charging. He asked me to pay him an additional Rs.700 in order to stay at the hotel. I then called OYO Customer Support. Rather than resolving my issue, their customer service staff told me to book my stay again with them by paying Rs.832 to them, and then only they would cancel the reservation.
Not that much good but overall ok
Of course the experience was very bad. Below are the issues we faced during stay. 1. Hotel denied to provide complimentary breakfast while it was clearly mentioned in booking. 2. We checkin after 10:00 AM. The Hotel charges Rs 300 (in hard cash) extra apart from online booking for early check in while it is clearly mentioned in oyo terms & condition that checkin after 10:00 AM will be complimentary. 3. Main door lock was damaged. Not working properly. 4. Continue water seepage from AC. 5. Staff behaviors is also a must noted point.

Room and food was good. But the stairs to room was suffocating. Being a Wizard OYO member they still doesn't provide a lift.... Seriously!!! Next is the washroom.. the window opens directly to the opposite buiding but the same was unable to close as some bamboo was tied to it as part of some construction works. So we had to cover it up with some clothes to get some kind of privacy. Photo is attached. Last but not the least, the reception lady snatched my husband's phone to put 5 star rating in OYO. Thats when we understood how they got wizard membership.
Worst kind of experience here as the hotel shows all services like wifi, tv, ac, etc. But after reaching there I didn't get any of those..No wifi connection, No signal was appearing on the tv and the room was stinking and walls were dirty also linens were not washed..I called to reception for the change of bedsheets and blanket but they denied to change those as they said those were cleaned in the Morning.. No parking space provided by hotel.The hotel is located in a conjusted area too..I recommend don't go for this hotel as it has many disadvantages..
Not at all worth. I'll mention my bad experiences here. 1) Room we got to stay was much smaller than the room shown in photo. 2) Door latch is of no use, door doesn't lock. 3) If you want to lock room from inside, there is a barrel bolt lock, and even if we lock, door will keep bumping. 4) Bathroom door has a hole in it. 5) Jet nozzle doesn't have stand near commode. It's broken. 6) Commode seat cover was dismantled.
OYO spc & span is good option to stay but they should compare their tariffs from other hotel too because as per their facility we havd found the good hotel on much cheaper and with great rooms. Our second stay was near tarapore school and there were lot of option was there at the street. So just want to say that keep in mind the tariff and then take decisions.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
All good worth for money Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
