Nothing like the photo's! This place is just horrifying. Checkin was at 12 however even after 12:45 the rooms are not cleaned yet and we were told to wait for 20mins such a poor service. Hospitality=0! so is the service. They asked us to select a room of our choice by ourselves and the windows were broken, the rooms were not cleaned, the rooms were messy and dirty, o geyser nothing. Such a terrible place. I don't recommend you this place !

Please do not book this hotel and don't go on photos that are there. The photos are 6 to 7 years old and the hotel is not at all maintained. No hot water. No Wifi. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. Smelly rooms. Floor and washrooms not clean. Waste of money.

Rude behavior of staff bot responding well. Not so hygienic place toom was very dirty. Bedsheets pillow were smelling bad and was very dirty color become yellow from white. Pillow was smelling too bad. Tv ac and geyser was not working. Asked more than 4 times for drinking water they even not bother ton provide water. I waited and waited whole night nobody cared.very bad experience from oyo and this hotel. Please do not stay here. NOT RECOMMENDED

Advise all not to stay here. Worst experience ever had. Linens were very dirty, found so many cockroaches . In 3days 2 nights stay we have shifted across 3 rooms in the same hotel as Oyo denied to pay back. Roof leakage was the worst thing happened to us in the dawn. Jet flush was not there in washroom then they took off it from some other room and fixed it to our room. After that no linens were good to use. After having wash the bathroom waste water filled up in bedroom. Very horrible things happened to us. I recommend not to stay in silverkey stay inn.

Pros: Near to my office mastercard Cons: 1. Room is average not up to the mark as shown in the pictures in OYO app 2. No room service at all 3. No complimentary breakfast 4. No Soap or Towel 5. The geyser is available in the bathroom but it does not have a connection. There is a solar geyser on the roof top and you have to wait till the sun come up to heat up the water for you. 6. Even though you have pre booked from the oyo app with some advance amount, They will ask you to pay the remaining amount at the time of check-in into their account directly instead from the oyo app. 7. Cockroaches are there 8. They have not even provided room keys and also locker keys. When asked they are simply saying not available we will take care don't fear 9. No bedside desk to work but it's mentioned in room amenities 10. T.V is available but remote is not there. You can only find the setup box remote with no batteries in it. When asked they are simply saying t.v is not working 11. Same case with A.C A.C is available but you can not turn it on 12. I have been given a 3rd floor room and that building doesn't have a lift facility. 13. And please note if you are still planning to check this hotel and your are going to do early check-in then call the hotel ask for how much it's going to cost and also make sure your call recording is enabled. For me they said 400rs in the call and while check-in they said 500rs. For everyone's reference and awareness posting the images i took in the hotel room. Overall i had a bad experience on my first oyo room booking and i don't recommend this

Pathetic staff, pathetic rooms full of cockroaches. Be prepared to pay more because they will ask as per their mood you can book but they don't care about that. This hotel should be banned. Please don't ruin the name of your whole Marathi community..

Fraud Hotel. Booked through Oyo but Hotel management asked to pay direct to him. When i refused he cut calls, & even abused the Oyo executive support Oyo doesn't care for bad reviews & do anything about such fraud hotels Oyo deducted my Oyo wallet money for this fraud Hotel.

Prepare for cockroaches and bedbugs and there may be some other kind of insects in your bathroom. Cleaning is rarely they do and hotel stuff is too old or not in working condition. Issue with water supply also. Moral of the story is you will not find anything (in working condition and hygiene related)which is mentioned in Oyo app.
