bathroom was stinking very badly. they gave us room near reception, could even sleep peacefully cos we were able to hear everythin from outside. bed was noisy too. bedspreads were not washed. was stinking. very bad experience overall.
Fraudsters. Made a booking here for one night through the oyo website. When we checked in, they said they didn't receive the booking, nevertheless they would check us in but we were asked to pay 300/- without a receipt. A man who claimed to be the owner of the property said we will not get a cash receipt and said we can leave and go elsewhere if we wanted. Clearly scammed us knowing its too late for a check in. He was extremely rude and he said he has no tie up with oyo but has a huge board outside saying its an oyo.
I booked the room for Rs. 703. At the time of Check-in, they asked for Rs. 500, as their room cost is Rs. 1400, and Oyo is giving rooms for low Charge. They are telling this on the Check-in Day, if i cancel also i won't get any refund. With no other option I Paid and stayed. This feels like a Scam. Customer can't do anything at the last minute. I don't know whom to Blame. Mistake is from both Oyo and Hotel side. They should be in sync. And they should come up with a fixed amount. I'm very disappointed.
Oyo rooms rate is not value for our money...i have proper reason for rate in app or Oyo sliverkey room rate those rate in Oyo app is a reasonable price for the room. If I booked room in app is the normal rate for the room..we face a problem in Oyo sliverkey rate is two much in direct room booking actually I booked room in app only but when I visited for the room in oyo sliverkey they told me rooms rates was changed double amount for a single room they changed......
A very nice stay especially if on a budget. The rooms were very good and clean and proper checks was done before allowing the customers inside the facility. The bathroom wasn't very good. And also they didn't provide proper extra bed despite intimating them in advance and instead we were just given an extra matress to put on the floor. The staff was very helpful and cooperative otherwise. A very value for money option overall!
the wardrobe was not sealed in wall and it just fell on us when we try to open it and in terms of services they charged extra based on number of guests. in general all hotels charges based on room type only and only if number guest is above 2 they use to charge addition bed but here here me my wife and kid came they charged 800 extra since i booked number guest as 1 by mistake even that is not my fault your oyo app developer don't have such a common if a hotel is been booked or reserved it should be for 2 guest but the app didn't ask me any information directly it just booked and confirmed with one touch, don't apply strategic techniques in this common booking apps you may apply such strategies on your business and developments
