Nyc affordable room,very polite behaviour of staffs

Exllent service, staff are coperating, housekeeping was good.

Great room at good price. Room was spacious and very neatly cleaned. Lightning and AC provided was good. However the tv didn't had a running dish connection. Washroom was really clean and good although had 2 water leaking faucets. Bed and sheets were clean. Pillow and blanket were comfy. Odor was good and pleasant. Staffs were really cooperative and well mannered.

It has been a horrible experience by far in this hotel. Even though the staff is extremely helpful and try to help but they are out of options as well. The manager of the hotel is very careless about the fact that they need to keep the place tidy. The rooms do not have proper maintenance either. Here are my observations during my stay: 1. As you can see in the images, the bedsheet is stinky and it has marks all over it. God knows of what had made that mark and it was not washed either. 2. Bathroom does not have proper air ventilator and instead of an exhaust fan there is a hole which opens up to the back side of the hotel. Essentially less privacy while you take a shower. 3. Look at those walls. They look do dirty and so does their all curtains and everything else. Every room that was shown to me was having similar kind of walls. 4. Geysers in the washrooms do not work and being a guy I had to take shower in another room. The staff was helpful so that they arranged but my wife still had to take shower with the cold water. 5. TVs do not even have any connection. For showing purposes only the TVs are kept here but they do not work. They do not even switch on. 6. AC even if you try to switch on, in some rooms it does not work and in some rooms they do not cool properly and make the room even more slinkier. 7. The cupboards in the room are not safe as they are not locked and they do not have keys for the room cupboard either. 8. The rooms are not cleaned and forget about sanitizing during the pandemic. You would find yourself cleaning out used condoms, smoked cigarettes and plastic glasses which was used by someone else to drink in the room as well. During my stay, the staff was really helpful that they had changed my room the next day after several follow ups but never the less I had to clean the room myself after I was shifted. Pathetic and horrible experience and I would suggest not to come to this hotel for your stay by any means. I would suggest to come to this only and only if you do not have any option left what so ever and you are left with only one option i.e. this hotel to choose for your stay. Had I had an option I would have changed my hotel without any second thought. Rating as two stars because the staff at the counter did at least try to listen and solve problems even if it was several follow ups and because the location is nearer to Care hospital which would be considered as an advantage depending on what you are here for.

Rooms were decent. But would suggest to book the room directly rather than through OYO. Because they ask dor extra money once you go there if booked through OYO.

It's just ok if you are just using it to rest. AC was working and room size was ok. But bedsheets were not that clean. Bathroom was clean but door was broken. Tv not checked. We just booked it to attend a wedding nearby so it was just manageable

The rooms are cozy and clean, walls either pink or light green in colour. The service is really good, they respond to calls ASAP. Breakfast is fine, generally offered item is Vada/Upma/Puri with ghughuni and chai. The menu offers simple home-made food and prices are very reasonable with as low as plain daal at Rs30! Wi-Fi connectivity is great as well! I have to say this, not even once was I made uncomfortable or at unease here, service is really good! Price at which the hotel can be booked at Oyo is as low as Rs700. A good place to stay and really warm people/staff!

Wow...need to rate over 5 star.. .really pleased in staying here for a week.. Cleanliness maintained both in room n bathroom.. Change of bed sheet on regular basis.. LCD TV with all Hindi and English channels...food served with in few mins from our order...AC with good condition.. Hotel staff are polite.. One of best hotels with reasonable price. Loved it a lot..!
