OYO Seven Inn - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

At reception there was a strong opposition for direct paymet to OYO app, what oyo requested me for saving some amount. Moreover, they have denied to provide me room if I make payment to OYO directly. Breakfast was not complementary only tea was available. Food(dinner) being supplied from out side and for that they used to take 40/50 mnts. time. Got one bottle of drinking water as complimentary. Overall OYO should discard such type of hotels for keeping your goodwill as it is. I am a senior citizen, such type of humiliation can not be accepted. OYO must keep vigil on this matters. After all we are gentleman and not hooligans. Toilet was not up-to the mark.

It was a poor experience!! Room cleanliness, condition & their services behaviour was not good also. The receptionist showed attitude and they didn't treat the guest in a proper manner.I will not prefer to book this hotel next time.

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with my wife and she have no consideration.Rooms are worst quality and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience... guys don't book this hotel at all.

Hotel charged 800 extra than the booking amount paid on website. No room service, I carried all my luggage myself to the second floor. The caretaker was uncouth and always arguing. If you are looking for family stay never prefer this property. Worst ever experience.

1) During booking it was described to me that wifi facility was there. But at the hotel there is no such facility of wifi. 2) Hygiene was very very poor. The bed sheet and white blanket was very dirty. Inspite of request, the staff didn't changed the linen item. 3) Lighting arrangement in room no 216 was very poor. only one light was working. One was not. Inspite regular complaint, no action was taken by staff/ Manager with in 4 days of my stay. 4) Room was smelling. No room spray or method to protect room from smelling was taken in 4 days. 5) Staff behaviour, washroom & location was fine & good.

Very bad . Charged extra 640/- even after fully paid online. During mid night booking misbehaving and taking advantage of being with faimly and late night arrival. Strongly not recommended to neither book online or offline to this hotel. No towel provided. Dirty room . No tv working. Intercom also not working

3 on 5 stars. What we had a problem with was the amount they charged again. We had booked for a three days stay and it was paid online. After reaching there, they took the same amount of money again. The room service wasn't great, and ordering food from their restaurant wasn't easy either. If you're okay with all these, you can consider this.

Yes it was poor! Room cleanliness, condition, bedsheet, pillow, blanket, washroom, many unwanted sounds from outside, basic accessories nothing I can rate upto mark. I will never ever think of booking this oyo hotel.
