We had booked it for our guests and they had a very bad impression. The rooms are spacious, had a common space in every floor to chill but not hygienic at all. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and the mattress seems to be not cleaned for more than a week. While we checked in the room floor was wet and full of dust. They clean the bathroom daily but not in proper way so there are stains all over the bathroom. Since our guests were a family so it was an unsatisfactory stay for them. Kindly keep the hygiene for your customers.
Worst hotel experience.. They will provide rooms front facing reception in the name of deluxe and charge you extra in the name of suite.. I didn't even checked-in due to privacy issue and They charged me 1k for no reason. I didn't get my money back.. This is the worst kind of behaviour one can show to their customers.. I want to tell owner of this hotel, Mark my words Today I loose 1k doing no wrong, not even touching your service , tomorrow you will loose 100 times of it for your dishonesty.... I warn all people who booking room there, beaware.. otherwise you gonna loose money like I did.....
Stayed for 2 days from 24th to 26th,dec 2022. Horrible experience. Very poorly maintained. Bedsheets and blankets are old used ones. Very unhygienic. Had to cut short our stay because of dirty rooms and lobby. The service is very bad.
