Don't blindly believe the online booking for this hotel. They are not accepting the online booking here for the cheapest price. While checking in they are asking for the remaining amount as other fee from they oyo app without paying they are deneing the checkin process. If you are in emergency do the in person booking. We spent a half a day by connecting with the oyo customer service person and with the property manager.
Very bad experience. Receptionist behaved roughly. I booked with oyo but they said they have no contract with oyo rather hotel owner took the booking of mine throug oyo. After reaching at the reception, he kept us waiting for 2 hour paying extra payment which is about double the showed in their booking platform. I was very much annoyed at their misconducts for money making. Even manager and owner didn't solve the problem getting extra money.
I would really never visit this place for sure the service is terrible as I booked it online and when I reached for check in they told there is no room available and they said to visit another hotel of there own but never trust anyone like that.
Never book this hotel, staff is arrogant. They take booking online from OYO and will demand you extra money which is double. Oyo is also part of this fraud, they are accepting bookings in these third rated hotels. Request all to never go for this hotel. When I went there , there were number of other people asking for room and fighting early morning at 5 am. At last, we had to leave with hotel without getting a room with the family members.
I had to pay full price since Hotel management dint agree for the discounted price offered by oyo. Highly disappointed. We are still staying in the same room for full price. Hotel dint even agree to continue with same booking from oyo.
Do not book this OYO for your stay. I had booked this OYO when I reached OYO they started asking for double amount. OYO should remove this property from their website.
Stayed in a good room having AC, TV with attached bathroom. Providing Bath towel, soap, shampoo also. Prime location in Poonammalli Highway near Skywalk mall.
I had booked this room through OYO and we were denied room as they wanted us to pay more money as it was season. Please do not book here and suffer at all without a room. No. 1 Fraudsters they are.
