OYO Ms Residency - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

I booked with the offer price and paid Rs 530, when I reached the hotel, they didn't allow me to entry and said you need to pay minimum of Rs 900 to stay. I had paid another rs 370 for a room. Hotel room's are very small and birthroom is very dirty.

Worst ever room you can find. Poor room. Not at all clean. Do check out my uploaded photos. I would definitely recommend not to stay here. You can easily catch germs and may catch unnecessary illness.

Worst experience ever. My Fiance and I are Class I and Class II officers and we had been to BBSR for some work. We chose this hotel as it was close to the place we had work at. But the experience was so pathetic that we checked out after 3 hours and booked a new hotel. Here are some of the reasons 1) The behaviour of the staff and the receptionist was extremely bad. We couldn't stand their behaviour. 2) The receptionist demanded extra 400 rs for booking. Well money would never have been a concern for us if the facility and hospitality had been upto the mark. 3) The rooms, and mainly the bathroom, are unhygienic and poorly maintained. You ll find dirts, garbages, water, dust lying here and there in the room and bathroom. 4) The hotel doesnt have restaurant facility. This was one of the main reasons for our early check-out. When I asked the room service boy to do some arrangements, he asked me to do on my own. 5) The first room given to me had serious privacy issues. They changed the room, but gave us a saver room which was congested and more hygiene issues. There are a lot of such things that we had to face. Don't go for this hotel at all.

1. the payment is not updated so we are not able to check in by 12 pm. we have to wait for 2 hours outside the hotel.2. the reception people doesn't know english. they speak only hindi so we found difficulty in communication with those people.3.the room what was provided is not that much neat what we saw.rest all' fine.

Rooms are not well furnished. Staffs are good. They don't charge any extra money. You can call hotel before check in. You can prefer this hotel if you are searching any average hotel to stay.

Very unclean, zero customer support, TV and wifi not working. When asked to check, they simply denied the service. AC remote was not working. Washroom and basin has turned brown. Giving one star because there is no more lesser feedback available.

the room is too much ugly that you can't imagine. tv and wi-fi service not working there. though staff behavior is okay but service provide by the hotel too bad. you can see high-level of unhygienic condition there. ac is working but remote is not working . as i face a lot of problems immediately i called the customer care service provider of oyo they didn't listen me. such a worst experience ever.

Very small and unhygienic room. I never saw a worst room like this before. there is no TV connection no wifi. They provide me an unclean bed and bedsheet. The staff is also very rude. Talking like he gaves me the room on free. I'm very disappointed with this property and stay. I recommend to all the costomers that don't go to this property to insult there.
