OYO Ms Plaza - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

It is very inside from the main road , also no good room service, you have to do everything of your own (bring water , food , soap , room freshner). Also there is no sanitation and very dirty rooms. Also they will charge more for 1 extra hours of staying both at the time of check-in and check-out.

Staff behaviour is rude, and finding the location is difficult. Rooms are dirty Drinking water is not available(if you pay the money, they will give you water bottle , some times only) They are not giving towels and blankets Door is between room to room( not good for privacy) Lift is not working Tv is there, but not working Wifi is not good as you expected While roaming outside of the hotel, somany dogs are at that place Parking is available A.c is working fine Geyser is also working I am not recommended this hostel.

Very good hotel for .. all kind of person... Very clean room.. staffs are very friendly and good personality... awesome hotel room ...

Only good thing about this place is the attendant and the boys around, helpful and well behaved. This place requires some serious house keeping and maintenance Water leakage can be found everywhere don't trust on these pics provided Rooms were in very critical condition. Hard to find and re manner the routes. Most critical part they charged me 900 insta de of 460 shown in the app.

I would not recommend the hotel at all. It's completely unhygienic and dirty. Even staff are worst they don't even give a single water bottle without money. 1) Room is completely dirty even if checking multiple room 2) Bed and pillow are also having multiple dirty spot 3) Toilet commodo is broken 4) Before I booked I checked with hotel staff for early check in charges and they said 150 to 200 but after reaching they charged 500 which is more than half day charge just for 2 hours early checking 5) Lift is not working and it seems stopped working since 1 year 6) Cable connection is not there even single room 7) There is no welcome kit, water bottle, soap 8) No Restaurant in hotel 9) No mini freeze 10) WiFi is not working 11) They don't have even spoon 12) One of guy receptionist is idiot and don't know how to behave with customer and was arguing even for early checking bill. Was denying to give it. They claim all of these above and many more amenities but they don't give a single amenit

the hotel room were very dirty. the mattress was not proper.the comforter had holes in them. and when asked for a better room they said this is all we have available even though they had other available rooms.the water jar was very dirty and the glass were not washed and were used before. they had cigarettes buds on the floor and the ac had some issue due to which it was leaking the whole time.

Rooms were horrible, not hygienic at all. Bedsheet pillow covers were seems like they have not been wasted at all. Staff behaviour was rude. Charged extra money for extra guest but did not provided extra matress and said they will not provide anything when asked. Check out experience was horrible too, when mere 30 minutes was late by us they said they will charge an entire day's fee. Hotel location is somewhere you can't find with Google Map. It's walkable distance from main road but still you will find difficulty to get there. OYO should not encourage or work with these type of hotel management.

Very very bad in all respect. The property manager is very ill mannered. Denied room though booked fully paid through OYO. Demanded extra money of Rs.1800 which had to be paid and only then he allowed stay in the already booked room. The person is so arrogant that he even defied the oyo customer care. It seems that oyo is helpless and has no control on them. Further the rooms,bathrooms,lobby all are seen dirty,no cleaning at all. cockoaches were seen in the room and bathroom both. bed cover,pillow cover,towel all seem dirty and previously used. tv,lift found not working. the approach to the property is horrible with and muddy,no metalled road. taxi hardly agree to drop/collect from there. shoots were hanging all over the wall of the rooms. If one has to stay there even for one night,has to clean himself if he likes. No kitchen is available. So one has to hire taxi/auto to go for food outside every time.OYO seems to be cheated us .Next time I would think for further booking through OYO
