OYO Little Stay Service Apartments - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

This apartment is no more a oyo service appartments. These are now residential flats rented. I am on of the tenants.

My experience with this hotel is very worst. The room was not cleaned before, and I found the flat very untidy. They said it will have a kitchen. but the kitchen was filled with a big pile of used bed spreads and pillow covers which creates a very stinking smell. The main irritating concern is the room.The room is filled with the smell of cigarettes and liquor. They had around 6 to 7 hrs of time before I reach the room , they should have checked and cleaned the room prior to my arrival as I have booked the room a day before through online. I had an elderly person and his daughter with me to stay there. At the late night I faced a serious difficulties in finding a good stay with them which I got in the late midnight. The service guys also didn't take the issue serious and didn't respond well for this. This place is a haunted house to stay with the family where you wont find or feel the atmosphere to stay peacefully. Strictly not recommended.

It was a pleasant stay. The helper boy Taj was polite and helpful, had good working AC with no power cuts, study table and chair, TV. Room is quiet with no outside sounds. Hot water was available in the morning and water bottles where available when requested. Immediate availability of cabs and auto. Nearby many good rated restaurants on online apps if you want to try. Overall I recommend this place for a hassle free stay.

Even if we stayed only for one day overall the service, hygienic and what everything was totally poor. Compared with other hotels the charge paid with OYO Rooms was to high. What they offer mineral water,breakfast was exactly an offer. All of a sudden the management of the hotel disappeared from the hotel. Poor selection from OYO Rooms. A Total disappointment.

I booked the room for 6 days and eventually after reaching there I cancelled my booking. The OYO did a very bad job, they upgrade the normal lodge or 2 stars to 3 star by providing amenities. The oyo confirmed that there was kitchen provided but there was no kitchen. They said it's hotels mistake, it's oyo mistake. Upon calling oyo they just registered my complaint but nothing was done. The staff was helpful while guided me the way to nearby. This hotel is located near garage and in remote place. No lift as well. The manager upon call said that we cannot do anything. Thankfully my reservation was refundable. Good riddance to this place. But the staff is very nice and helpful.

My frnd had a worst experience in this hotel. It was 11 pm. The first time he checked in, the room was not good and bedsheet was dirty with hair and stains on it. He requested the manager to change the bedsheet. The manager refused to change and told him to change the hotel if u did not like the room. I mean how he can tell like this to a customer! And manager told to get out if not he would call police! Seriously. We immediately called police and made a complaint. The the police took care. We booked new hotel then. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Not sure how OYO enrolled this apartment as a OYO room. It lacks basic facilities. Toilets and bathrooms are shared, as in 2-3 rooms share one common toilet/bathroom. You have to come out of the room to reach the common toilet. No drinking water. However, the staff was courteous.

It is good d for families. Hotels n restaurant s are little for say 300 m.If you book online food it's okay. Public transport is not available.If you have own vehicle then it's. Fine.Nice n calm place
