Hi all, We have booked 8 rooms for upnayanam function of my son for 2 days on entire first floor. When we saw the place we like the ambiance and rooms and felt good for our budget but when our guests actually stayed there in one room toilet flush was not working, in one room AC was not working and one room water heater was working. So all together 3 rooms guests was very frustrated. Also in one room TV was not working but i do not want to consider that here. We thought of a nice get together with our guests eating, chatting sleeping together but they have never told till taking advance about the construction work and when they check in all loud noise of machine throughout the day and it was just impossible to even talk to each other...all elderly people suffered 2 days during May Kathriveil and Le mint literally spoild the enjoyment of being together. Guests check in 2 rooms at 4.00pm on Tuesday and 6 rooms at 1.00am on Wednesday having all issues and even after complaint they just reduced 800 rupees from total amount. Siva a service person, we found helpful. Rest rooms are okay, as discussed while booking they provided induction stove for coffee and fridge which was working. balcony and common area we found helpful for dinner as entire floor was ours. Not at all recommended for elderly people, functions or for families unless and until they promise for working electric instruments in rooms. One more thing I missed mentioning here if you book online it shows some rates lesser than 1k but they actually charged us 1.5k for 6 rooms and 1.2k for 2 smaller rooms which is again not upto the standards even after booking confirmed a month before. But when we asked we are vacated 2 rooms 12 hours before and shifted my guests at home but they have not reduced any amount.

Water tap broken , No shower , Bed room not maintained well . It's used by couples for their adultery things. So check the room before booking. Some kinda nasty smells comes from the room.

Few rooms doesn't have A/c working. No proper faucets & Geysers in few rooms. It was under renovation.

Hotel is nice. Everything is working perfectly. Ac tv geaser etc. The most important thing is that i requested their staff named shivam to get food as it's too hot outside and I don't want to step out and I was starving at that time. Shivam got the food in few minutes and even return the rest money. Really want to appreciate his work and he replies very politely with a smile whenever i ask him.

Booked room for 2 days. it was showed and I paid full money paymeny but at hotel they asked to pay 700 extra. Without extra pay they won't let you to check in. Room is not at all worth for it. In bathroom lock not there, it was broken. water leakage there from jet spray. Fan is running like bullet(Not speed making Noisy). Room is so much inside. Ola/Uber are not available for all time. Nearby nothing is there. not at all good for families and genuine couples. they not even provided towel. toiletries are not available. only thing is AC was working.

They will charge extra price upto 1000 if u check in early. Room is not that much good, overall ok kind of room.

Don't stay here. Filthy bed, broken toilets, zero maintenance, zero service

Good ambiyance and they received the customers in humble manners and the quality of service is very nice
