OYO Hotel White House Inn - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

The hotel was pathetic. Booked it through Oyo. No toiletries were provided and when told while leaving they said we should have asked for that. Toiletries comes under basic amenities which should be provided by every hotels/guest rooms. Never expected such response. The room was smelly and full of mosquitoes. Even response from Oyo team was awful. They were trying to charge extra money for early check in but when complained they reduced price. I wish there would have been option to give 0 star. For now, manage with one.

The rooms are big but they are old.

The hotel condition was pathetic. There was no intercom so everytime we need something, we had to go to the reception to ask for it. The room AC was not working properly, interior condition was also bad, no one gave us soap and body wash kit after the check in. The location of the hotel was also a negative point, we faced trouble everytime we book a cab or ordered something online. Very poor experience with oyo after paying INR3500 for 3 days.

Very bad service.No food available this location. But OYO service very bad. Dirty room and bed sheet very dirty, bathroom not gud. Staff attitude not gud. Give 5 star ratings otherwise stop corporate doesn't. In most hotels I've seen only 1 hours customers who stay away. It was a very horrific experience. Do not go anyway. It's my request, never book this hotel

Would prefer to give a lesser rating if possible. No room service,,poor breakfast,bad behavior and what not. Even extremely unethical as they asked me show the booking cancelled to OYO at the time of my check out,after receiving the payment. The only good was the room. Rest, MY WORST OYO EXPERIENCE..

Worst Hotel Worst service, room was not cleaned and smelling like it was not opened from many years and Ac was not working. There was no sign board on Hotel building to identify the Hotel,very difficult to find when I asked to a local guy he told there is no Hotel nearby. I had booked 2 rooms but when I reached at Hotel, the guy (there is no manager) cook who does everything , showed me 1st room that was in very bad condition another one was on terrace that was store room, when I asked him, haven't booked this room why are you showing this store room to us then he replied...... After convincing and offering 1000 rs.to him got the room that I had paid already, because I had no option at 10:00 pm.

Very very bad hotel. They are forcing to people to give 5star. Don't go to this hotel. Very very bad behavior of staf. Rooms are also not cleaned. They don't changing the bedsheets door screen also. This hotel rating is a big zero.. don't go

My experience at oyo 12345 Hotel white house inn was totally bad. They have not provide not a single things for the customers.The room was not clean, mosquito in the room not having a proper sleep for a night. When we are about to check out the care taker was not there for and hours due to we got late as well.
