Location was top notch. Room was clean, Bathroom was airy, taps were good and geyser was working. AC was little bit of noisy but working fine. Behaviour was good. Only con is there supplied water, which was not drinkable. Full of black dust particles.
Superb service and it very old hotel but everything is well maintained. Online you can book. It is in the heart of Jamshedpur that is in sakchi, from where very easy to reach famous places like jubile park, zoo, jrd stadium, Keenan stadium, modi park, many nearby shopping malls, food outlets.

Very bad experience. For this price range, it was not at all good. Only thing good about this Hotel, is the location. Rest is just horrible. 1. No intercom in room 2. Service is very poor. 3. You have to ring bell to call room service. And they never come on first call. You have to ring at least 4-5 times. 4. Takes more than one hour to deliver food. 5. No towel at Bathroom. No toiletries. 6. Bathroom fittings are too tight. Require considerable strength to operate taps. 7. Food is the worst part of all. They do not serve non-veg. But that's not the problem. Quality of food is horrible. I ordered for Aloo Paratha for breakfast. They took one and a half hour to deliver the same. And it was so bad, i could not have it. Had to return. Overall, not at all recommended. . . .

Worst experience. They have different price by different manager. I booked via phone in price A, offered price B in check in & finally charged price C at the time of check out. When asked the reason, they told I only talked to three persons of Hotel. Hotel Rooms are also average.
Bad place. Hotel manager is rude. Did not allow us to order non veg. Rooms are very small as compared to general hotels for the same budget. No room service as well. Good for staying if you're planning many people to stay for a function or so. Else not good. Hotel was closed at night so when we returned no one was picking the phone. Struggled to wake them up.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

All good worth for money Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
