Near the railway station, in the middle of the city, service is almost good.

Nice place to stay.. staff is very good.

The place it's located is good but there are much better options available in the same budget and with great facilities. The rooms here have constant foul smell, only cooler are there, no A.C. in any room, the staff is a bit rude, the place isn't clean, furniture is broken, and a lot of bad stuff is there. I don't recommend this hotel at any cost.

Very bad experience. I took an AC room. But in the night the AC stopped working. At night, I visited the reception several times, they didn't took any action against my complaint. And at the time of check out I asked them for some compensation they starting abusing very badly, because they are local there from Gwalior. Rooms too as shown in the images: they were not. Washrooms were not even usable and unhygienic. I hope there will be better hotels than this hotel. Rent of room and satisfaction of customer doesn't match.

Hotel was decent with appropriate tariffs in respect to its location. The only problem was they were not fulfilling the basic amenities of hotel like Towel, Soap, Mosquito Repellent, Generator, etc.

The location of the hotel is nice near Padav chauraha...can board private buses of Hans travels from there... The room service was good.. rooms were good but can be improved a lot... Nice place to crash if you want the room to rest after sightseeing in Gwalior

overall an average experience. The place is located in the heart of the city nd well connected to major areas. Autos are available for railway station nd other sight seeing places from just outside the hotel. Few snacks options are available nearby. The hotel is quite well located with a good number of rooms. The only cons is the hotel owner is really rude nd needs money beforehand providing any services. Room service is also okay. Quality of food is also overall good. Rate is a little on the upperside but I went for it as I didn't have much time to explore other hotels in the locality. 3 to 3.5 stars..

Tourist hotel absolutely worst place, they are sitting only for business not Services. Very bad experience, I will never stay in future. Owner also talk in business way. They want money only and no Services need to be give to guest. In Indori: Kabhi ni jaunga udhar. Ek dam bekar hotel he. Ghatiya Services he. Bas lootne ke liye Bethe he.
