Hotel is not even a single star. We had rented 18 rooms and no room was looked like any of the hotel photos posted here by hotel! More than 70% time no electricity availability. Worst service. No cleaning or hygiene standards are maintained. As per The quality of hygiene and service, one should not pay more than 700 for a room. Wi fi speed is really good! Hot water facility is really good.
Just checked in this hotel in khayam chowk, love the room and the services, it's situated in the middle of the khayam chowk , one can find Bengali restaurant near the hotel , there is many options apart from Bengali restarants.. do visit the hotel whenever you are in Srinagar , a personal recommendation , good room , good services
Waste of money, no service, poor room with bugs on bed, too high charges for rooms paid 3000 instead of Rs. 700 per day, no hot water for bath and no drinking water provided, no response and respect for customers. No experience staff in hotel. Not for premium person. Never book this hotel. They ll cancell your booking if they get higher pay from other tourist. Not trust worthy. And provide nonveg by saying 100% veg.

Last week I was stay in hotel.Very poor hotel. Rooms is ok but service very bed. Dinner served in unhygienic plates. There are no hot water for bath. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. Only bread and tea served in breakfast. very unprofessional hotel. please avoid if u stay with family.
This was my worst experience in life. First of all the staff was very rude. They entered our rooms without knocking on the door. They lacked basic manners. The staff was rude and wouldn't let us go out to eat and forced us to eat in their restaurant itself. The food was also not that great. Many people fell sick after eating there. The rooms were also very dirst with torn bedsheets amd pillowcases. Also found cockroaches in the bathroom. Do not recommend staying there at all.
