Horrible experience. Bedsheets, pillow cover and duvet were so dirty that I couldn't sleep at night, when I reached. Plates and spoon were dirty. Tea was served in a plastic jug. Phone in the room was not working. Washroom was small and stinky. No handahower. Not value for money. Disappointed.
It is a has been property. Maintenance is poor. Flush not working. Shower not working (knowingly). Intercom not working. Imagine being given such a room in an empty hotel. What would be the condition of other rooms.
I booked this hotel for my 71 year old mother, as her train was reaching by 11, I tried calling them to make adjustments in early check in, I made full payment in advance while booking on 22sept 2021, when I called them they said they do not accept any online booking. It was pathetic experience as my old mother was not much tech savvy,. We cancelled the booking as there was no update. Very bad.
Staff is helpful but bedsheet,blanket, pillows are dirty they don't clean properly. they don't give you towels in the room until you call them and towels are similar to map. Restrooms are ok this hotel needs improvement. And you have to call them for breakfast they don't have breakfast buffet in the Reastuarant.
One of the best mid budget hotel and restaurants in Jalandhar. Situated in the very mid of Jalandhar. Very near to both bus stand and Railway station. Very good connectivity. Easily approachable and locatable. Nice rooms, good restaurants and availability of conference rooms. Kitty halls and much more.
Situated at jalandhar punjab . Nice expirience with staff and hospitality services. Good place for couples book with oyo for have more discount. Food is not good as per requirement. But staff service was excellent. Value for money. Lilens are not fresh and clean . Plz improve your washing . Budget hotel .
