Wonderful experience . Location wise the hotel is at the best possible location if you want to stay near Paloura Camp. Price is a bit high as per facilities provided . But overall a good experience . Nice people .
Everything is poor in the property.Starting with the front office manager,he is very rude and non friendly to guests.He in not bother about the hotel as he has his restaurant running in the ground floor . The room size were small and rooms were smelly. Room AC was not functional and was old model. Bathroom was in bad shape. I will not recommend this hotel to any family people visiting jammu.
