The hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable but in the washroom, there was no water. The staff were very polite and always helpful. All kinds of amenities were available in this hotel. Also, the location was convenient for me.
It was great pleasure to stay with oyo premium rooms . Ambience and other facilities was good but the room was not according as shown in oyo site.Other than that everything was perfect and meet our expectation.
This is more like a scam, I did my booking in advance however the moment I reached to the hotel for check-in, it was a disaster, they said they don't do bookings through OYO, then they started asking more money for the same room I booked through online......would not recommend this at all
The room was totally different to the pictures show in the app The bedsheet was next to dirty. The bathroom was not attached to room and common for all .

This is worst hotel of jammu they don't provide quality service ask so many questions they first take money and then don't give room nor refund the amount don't book any room particularly through oyo they are worst people I have ever seen in my traveling life of 20 years

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.
