On my way to Amritsar I decided to spend one night here, and even with a reservation, I was not allowed to stay with the excuse that I'm a foreigner. Spent almost 3 hours trying to sort out the issue, calling the OYO Customer Service (whose employees el were not helpful) while the staff in the place was rude and kept on asking me to leave because they did not want me in the lobby.
Dirty Rooms. Bad Service. I recommend not to go.
All the things given like pillow or bed sheet or blanket all are used not fresh. Even the rooms are also not cleaned properly.
There is difference between saying and doing. Not a trustable HOTEL manager.
