OYO Hotel Fiesta House - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I felt very unhappy to stay in this place. First of all PIN code stated for this property in Airbnb 1s 600129,but actually it is 600100.The host didn't provide correct location after booking. Only after messaging him he gave the caretaker's contact information, and he messaged me the correct address. There after I got the place after suffering previously. Aircons in the rooms are very dirty. Running water in bathrooms often failed. TV is not working due to broken cables. Only positive thing is the food provided by the caretaker. It is very much appreciated.

Excellent hotel. Good staff attitude and treat like family. Good food. Good amenities. I have been staying for a week's time. Really enjoying my stay. Thanks a lot OYO for grooming the staff to international standards. I also applauded to the Delhi office online team for good real time support at all times. I am so delighted by the hospitality extended to me and I am extremely satisfied with oyo brand and be grateful to the team and wish to be a loyal customer. My dear brother and sister please join the oyo room and have a outstanding blissful moment to b cherished always with their lovable hospitality and greetings. Excellent no words and ultimate. Services are very poor.No food served.Claiming that other than lunch they will serve.But not so. We have to inform previous day evening to get breakfast next day morning.For dinner also we hv to inform four to five hours in advance.No parking space.No staffs know Tamil languages.They know only Hindi.Not even English.They create a feel as if we are in North India.Basic hospitality culture is totally missing. Extra bed not providing. No Sofa in the hall.Satellite TV also not working. Staffs are also arguing .Not attending service complaints.

It is a full house type OYO with separate rooms as guest lodging. The amenities are pretty cool with a central dining hall where food is freshly cooked and served. The hotel staff are friendly. One star less for the cons... Cons: 1) Many stray dogs are outside the hotel. So be careful and go in a group. It'll be much better if you travel on your own vehicle as you could enter the hotel without encountering the dogs and there is plenty space to park... 2) The dish TV has only a couple of channels subscribed. So it becomes boring to watch... 3) You might not get your room's key. Ofcourse you can lock your room from outside, but if you go to the dining hall or any outside place, it'll not be locked. So, I suggest you keep pestering them for your room's key...

This is a cosy place. It is tidy and bug free. The attendants are courteous. It's more of a home with men mostly. It is not a hotel. Like a hostel, it has a cook and they provide quality food and the kitchen was very clean. The bathroom was hygienic too. If you want any food when you are arriving late night, just inform them and they will do the needful. However I have to suggest them to subscribe a few more channels.

Medium rated hotel. Actually building raised for 2 BHK and 3 BHK appartments, which now individually used as hotel rooms. Halls and kitchens available cannot be used. Decent rooms with attached bathroom, split ac, TV, heater and WiFi facilities. Sometimes the hall area is taken by other customers who is expected to be living there for long time continuous. Located little inside from main road, has a good ambience and surroundings.

It's basically 2bhk apartments converted into rooms. The place is nice and clean. You get all basic amenities since it's a flat. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful.

It was a good room. Only thing i wad uncomfortable with was, even if we booked more rooms the hallway in front of those rooms should be ours but some strangers were sitting there instead. We were not comfortable with strangers sitting in our hallway. They went only after sometime
