It's under renovation and new construction. But old rooms are not properly maintained. No supply of quilts. The availability of hot water was not there. its tough to stay. Food was O K type
Worst hotel even in Agartala.. Worst behavior from receptionist.. Especially the lady whose behavior is worse than ever.. I Booked from oyo they didn't receive after then the rejected by saying that we can't.. I didn't even receive my money.
Very very bad hotel, do not go there, stay anywhere else except this hotel. Very bad service, very bad behaviour of staff and owner. Pathetic. Beware, never come here.
Everything was good just the people in reception should learn some professionalism and hospitality and act less rudely with customers.

Dont visit this hotel , better stay somewhere else the behaviour of the staffs and the owner is so bad , the owner himself was arrested by police for bad behaviour with customers.
Clean, luxury rooms...love to visit... piece is Little high...but their service is quite good.
Very untidy rooms with insects all around and very bad service..... Bathrooms are not clean very disappointed with the stay ......Yes room size is big but not worth the money.....Would not recommend this hotel.
