The hotel is located at very convenient position for me and I stayed for 02 nights with my wife. I was very satisfied with their service. Rooms are small but well maintained and clean.
They changed the linen everyday and cleaned the room thoroughly.

The overall experience was very very bad. This place has all the problems that one can experience, foul smell ( coming in left side rooms due to duct), slow service ( have to wait 30 mins ), no cleaning, staffs quarelling with guest in high voice ( saw that 2 days in row), even high noise from staffs.
Th only good thing is Mr. Roy who is decent enough person to reduce the charges and made it less miserable.

Really bad service - stayed at this hotel a couple times, the bed sheets and quilts were so dirty , i had to use my own. the washroom was stinking of urin the second time and when I complained, i was told to go and stay somewhere else instead. the celing fan in my room was non regulated, I can either turn it off all the way or feel like there is a hurricane in my room. the only good thing was that there was a geyser and hot water was available at all times, some of the staff was nice.
I do not recommend this place at all.
Highly bad service. After informing several times for below problems they even not came for the inspection.
My room was a TV for neighbors i.e no curtains present in the window and clearly visible from other buildings.
Bathroom was pending for electrical maintenance i.e hello darkness.
TV was not recharged.
Wifi was not working i.e. No internet.
Intact Commentary breakfast was not served cleanly.
I will never recommend it.
Only one good thing about it is After check-in no one cares what are you doing in your room.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
