The experience was very bad as all the hotel staff members were drunk and behave very Misherable to us. And they had not give us room as they told that all the rooms are full as we had already booked hotel before check in but they refuses to give us hotel instead they start urging with us and start behaving like villains. So, guys please do not trust this hotel even if you book from oyo they do not treat you well as you are just a piece of flesh to them.
Not at all safe for women or couple's. Rude staff who kept staring my girlfriend and one even touched her hand while she was filling the checkin details. I even suspect they might have hidden cameras installed (can't trust these biharis). Please avoid. Not safe at all. Never visit this hotel.
The staff behaviour was very poor and at night they all drink alcoholic stuff and do very poor behaviour with their customers and even they charge unnecessary only to make their customers uncomfortable. This hotel is also not safe for girls or womens or any family person because of their staff members they have very bad eye on every girl or women.
The reason for the rating is not because of the room. It is because of the staff who didn't entertain our booking by oyo sayings that they very stopped online booking. He booked our rooms after saying that it's ok we all call oyo for compensatory accommodation. It is totally an unprofessional behavior.
